  • The control group (876 people) ate a placebo, white, or milk chocolate containing less than 70% cocoa.

  • LDL Cholesterol: 9.47 mg/dL
  • Fasting Blood Glucose: 4.91 mg/dL
  • Systolic Blood Pressure: 2.52 mmHg
  • Diastolic Blood Pressure: 1.58 mmHg
